All Adults who will reside at the Village Brooke Complex are reuired to fill out an application in order to run a Background Check. A one time $100 application fee is assessed on the Village Brooke Application (on site at the front office). Village Brooke Condo Association controls the final determination of occupancy inwhich their Rules and Regulations are binding.
